Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made via the Singharaja Heritage (Pvt) Ltd e-commerce website.

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

• Customers may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Perishable, customized, or explicitly marked non-returnable products are not eligible for return or refund.
• To initiate a return, email info@singharajaheritage.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method or store credit at our discretion.
• Shipping and return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving a defective or incorrect product for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

4. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is used, damaged, or returned without proof of purchase.
• Proof of return shipment should be retained until the refund is complete.
