1. Order Processing
  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation via WebXPay or other authorized payment methods.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details (if available).
2. Delivery Timelines
  • Within Colombo District: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Other areas in Sri Lanka: 2–7 business days depending on courier service and location.
  • International deliveries (when available): 7–28 business days depending on destination and customs clearance times.

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges
  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery partner rates.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees charged by destination authorities.
4. Order Tracking
  • Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
  • For assistance with tracking or missing packages, please contact us at info@singharajaheritage.com with your order number.
5. Undelivered or Returned Orders
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal, reshipping charges may apply.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the courier.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
  • Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
  • If any item is missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@singharajaheritage.com with clear photos and your order details.
